To maintain freshness, store your cat litter in a cool, dry place and make sure the container is sealed tightly after each use. Regularly cleaning the litter box will also help control odors.
📦 What is your return policy for cat litter?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bags of cat litter are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, unopened and sealed bags can be returned within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof of purchase.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; delivery usually takes an additional 2–3 business days. We currently deliver to Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
