🐾 Pet Accessories

  • Items can be returned within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Products must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • It’s okay if the outer plastic packaging has been opened, as long as the product itself hasn’t been used.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


🐱 Cat Litter

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened bags of cat litter are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Only unopened and sealed bags can be returned.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


💌 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happypusspets.com with your order details and reason for return.

Returns must be shipped to the address we provide after your request is reviewed. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at info@happypusspets.com.
