1. Orders Paid via Tabby

All orders paid using Tabby are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a proven manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
A return request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Clear photos or videos showing the defect are provided.

Final approval is granted by management after review.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind.

Customer dissatisfaction not related to a defect.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Late return requests (after 24 hours).
-
Discounted or promotional items.
-
Opened or used consumable or hygiene products (e.g. cat litter, pet food).
4. Refund Process for Tabby Orders

No cash, bank transfer, or direct refund will be issued to the customer.

Approved returns will be processed only through Tabby, according to their procedures.

Service and processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in case of a confirmed defect.

Exchanges for a different product or price difference are not allowed.
6. Shipping Costs

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, shipping costs will be covered by us.

In all other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Disputes & Complaints

Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

In case of a dispute, Tabby will be notified immediately, and its decision will be followed.
8. Acceptance

Placing an order confirms the customerโs full acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy without exception.
๐ How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happypusspets.comย with your order details and reason for return.
Returns must be shipped to the address we provide after your request is reviewed. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
๐ธ Refunds (Non-Tabby Payments)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: This refund policy applies only to payments made without Tabby.
