Items can be returned within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Products must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition.

It’s okay if the outer plastic packaging has been opened, as long as the product itself hasn’t been used.

🐱 Cat Litter
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened bags of cat litter are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Only unopened and sealed bags can be returned.

💌 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happypusspets.com with your order details and reason for return.
Returns must be shipped to the address we provide after your request is reviewed. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
💸 Refunds
